Since when have the management of the BTCC actually listened to anyone other than themselves regarding what the public want.

I'd love to see them back at Rockingham and also at Castle Coombe. One of the Brands rounds and possibly Mondello could be dropped to make way for them.

The long gap between Thruxton and Croft is due to the TV coverage of the World cup.

Gav - Clarky and I (as well as my boy) have done Croft on day trips from Kent for the last two years. If WSR are racing MGs next year, who knows.............or if the grid is up to 30 cars!!!!

If Kartworld are in - which they say they are and they do the full season I'll go just for them.

I'll probably do all but Knockhill and Mondello if I can. Money/Job/family arrangements permitting! I've managed to the last 2 years!

As others have said, why isn't Rockingham included ? Maybe it's about time the series was extended as although it may involve 30 races it's still only 10 events. I think they should add Castle Combe, Rockingham and if the facilities improved - Cadwell Park.

Castle Coombe as a track is great the facilities are pants and not upto scratch. They are also having big time problems with "neighbours" complaining about the noise levels even for just a few days a year. Thirdly there is NO run off space at Coombe and we could be looking at a few V. Nasty accidents if anyone were to come off.

A.F.A.I.K The Issue with Rockingham was a monetary thing only and they obviously haven't solved it.

Rockingham have apparently been having some cash flow problems, national events like this could be just what they need.

Tony, I've got a feeling that they wanted more than they were being allotted.

I know when we looked at doing trackdays before they were mega expensive compared to other circuits. Think they were somewhere in the region of twice the price of Coombe.
