This is my other Mini .. Swapped it for a 16ft Car Trailer in need of lots of repair :drink2: Good deal me thinks
The only catch is it needs a reshell :hit1: It has been reshelled once into a MK3 shell but the guys son decided to crash it into a large rock :confused2 .. He gave up and it was written off and sold to a guy who restores cars, he didnt do anything with it hence the swap for a trailer
Its had a good old whack and the shell is wrecked, amazingly the lad just walked without major injury, even though the foot pedals are no more and the front inner arch and floor pan are pushed back by 18 inches :yikes:
I am going to strip it and get a heritage shell for it .. Its promised to the girlfriend as a birthday present when done .. I have not said which year yet though :rolleye:

You might need a couple of cable ties too

They made a few different versions from early MK2's with the ariel hole in the wing and centre speedo hole and rad fins in the inner flitch panel right up to the later widearch Cooper shells.

I never really cared that my Minis rattled, it's when the rattle stopped that I always worried. Best way to fix the rattle on a mini...... turn up the radio.

WD40 was a must to make sure it continues to run on those wet mornings. Saying that I didn't ever have problems with any of mine!!

I remember the back pockets being full of water after driving in rain :lol2:

God I miss my minis, the most fun I could ever have.
